FAFSA The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the application for both federal and state aid programs Students should be sure to fill out the FAFSA even if they do not think they will qualify for need based aid The FAFSA is the only application needed for the TOPS scholarship No one should ever be asked to pay to fill out the FAFSA - it is a FREE application www.osfa.la.gov
