CASA DE CAMPO VACATION PARTNERSHIP Total Program We will manage your property for a year, guarantying as the minimum of profitability the one agreed in the contract and taking care of all the expenses the property could generate the time it is under our management. Partial Program We will manage your property for the time you consider it convenient, generating profitability subjected to the times and dates it gets rented. To avoid paying any maintenance fee and other property expenses, the property should be given to be managed by us for at least 15 regular weeks and 1 top week in a year. The top weeks are: New Year’s Eve week, holly week and July’s 28th week.
