  2. First steps in Using TAPS • Obviously the first thing you need to do is get to the GWD Gen Yes site • Copy this into the address box: http://gwdjhs.genyes.com/ • The page should look like this.

  3. Next Click on the “Request a Tap” button Second step

  4. Third Step Once you click it then this screen will pop up Then type in your email address and click Go

  5. Final Step After you click Go this screen should pop up . Then you type in how a Gen Yes student can help you. Then click Send Help Request and just wait for a Gen Yes student to assist you.
