Reflect on these… • Social learning plays catalyst for enterprise-wide collaboration, innovation and promote organizational learning- Facilitate! • Employees in India and China view social tools to impact productivity greatly- leverage them! • ‘System’ will deal with and mitigate the ‘concerns’ involving social tools at workplace- educate not regulate! • Learning leaders should build conversation, educate leaders and showcase early gains for getting executives on board- engage!
