  3. What is Scope? • Scope means, “the work that needs to be accomplished to deliver a result with the specified features and functions”

Scope of Project Arrow • A Project to uplift the image of the Post office (Where) as well as it’s operations (What) • To strengthen it’s customer base and thereby to increase profit (why) by (How) • Streamlining the Processes and Operations • Improving delivery of Products and Services • Energising the People • Upkeeping of systems and Infrastructure

  7. Objectives • Objective means “To achieve a final set of actions within a given timeframe”

Objectives of Project Arrow • Improve the Mail Delivery system by • improving the standards • strengthening the monitoring system • Improve Counter Operations in all respect from time to courteousness • Improve the ambience of the office to attract the customers • Provide improved money remittance services at all Post Offices using technology By achieving all these, improve the customer satisfaction level
