  3. Upgrade Overview EPM – FIN 8.9 Upgrade, Continued • EPM FIN 8.9 Upgrade Timeline and Availability • EPM Upgrade is anticipated to begin on 11/11 • EPM Go Live is anticipated for 11/15 • EPM will not be available during its upgrade

  4. Upgrade Overview EPM – FIN 8.9 Upgrade, Continued • EPM 8.4 FIN Tables and Data: • The last refresh of EPM Fin 8.4 Tables will be 11/7 • EPM will be available for querying between 11/8 and 11/10 with financial data as of 11/7 • EPM will not be available during its upgrade, 11/11 – 11/15

  6. Upgrade Overview EPM – FIN 8.9 Upgrade, Continued • What you will need to do when logging into to EPM after 11/15: • Clear your webserver cache • Re save any queries impacted from 8.9 updates • Re save any queries prior to running through the Process Scheduler

  7. Upgrade Overview Opening Queries after upgrade: • If your query was impacted by an 8.9 change, you will see the following message upon opening the query: EPM – FIN 8.9 Upgrade Any impacted queries will need to be resaved What should you do: Save the query

  8. Upgrade Overview Scheduling EPM Queries: • Existing Run Control IDs may not work at first if queries are impacted. EPM – FIN 8.9 Upgrade What should you do: Save the query first before running in Query Scheduler
