  10. 香港聖公會辦社會服務是基於以下目標: • 源於使命(Mission) - 如使徒行傳所載,使徒被差遣到世界各地傳揚福音及彰顯基督的「愛」。 • 「先驅」的作用 - 因應社會上老弱貧病人士的需要,故香港社會福利界很多事工皆始創於聖公會。 • 聖公會辦福利事工是與教會和教育相輔相承,並於同一地點提供各種服務,但政府介入後,使服務及教育分開。雖然早期在資源不足情況下,仍可發揮成效幫助有需要的人士。

  33. HKSKH as pioneer to serve HK citizens • Disabled groups • Poor people • Adolescents with special needs such as drug taking or “hidden” youth • Families with disputes and problems • Those without Peace both in body and mind • HKSKH should take “LEADING” role in serving people in need
