  4. 2009 Accomplishments • Landscape • Removed diseased trees and planted 14 new trees • Replace dilapidated fence along Boat Club Rd. with new shrubs The Landing Homeowners Association

  13. 2010 Capital Expense Projects Projects Being Considered • Converting Pool to Salt Water • Requires new filtration system but generates its own chlorine – no need to add it daily • also eliminates Chloramines, the byproduct of chemical chlorine that burns the eyes and skin • Seawall footing reinforcement • If lake level drops to allow work The Landing Homeowners Association
