Program Formation • Select Abstracts • Select Session Proposals • Procedures: • First Check for Topic • Second Check for Quality • Review for 6 Criteria • Look at Scores • Group Like Abstracts • Form Sessions from Abstracts and Session Proposals • Name Moderators and Assistant Moderators • Attend Mid-year to Finalize and Place Sessions

  12. How to Proceed

  13. Log In: make sure your system is optimized to run Oasis. Follow the instructions on the left. Then log in to the system.

  14. Bulk View/PrintPrint in batches up to 50 at a time (can do 10, 15, 20, etc.)Can sort by various things – optional

  15. Three ways to Review

  16. Standard options – Review Abstracts: Can print from here, but one at a time as you view it. Must score before moving on to next one.

  17. Quick Score: Review multiple abstracts in one long list. Use also to find specific abstracts. Must hit save and continue.

  18. Edit/View Scores: Select which abstract to review from a list of all abstracts. Review abstracts one by one. Must hit save and continue.

  19. NOTES: • Due December 16 at the latest • Let us know when you are done • Will see criteria – can score if you want to, but will overwrite next round if you score again • Boxes to check other topics – can do as many as needed, but recommend one or two at most • Check box to immediately remove • Comment box – anything to help guide next group or to designate top choice if you checked more than one
