  10. What Are AOQ’s Strengths? AOQ’s provide up-to-date training in management issues as well as quality topics. AOQ’s have a network of consultants and auditors. AOQ-QLD is third party certified organisation – We Walk the Talk

  11. What Are AOQ’s Weaknesses? AOQ’s operate on voluntary labour. Most AOQ’s training programmes only consider quality issues. Quality as a profession has virtually died out-quality is now everyone’s business.

  12. Partnering - Why? • Advantages include: • Reduces programme development and maintenance. • Reduces the number of players in a crowded marketplace. • Partners combine the small number of registrants so that fuller classes are generated and • The process becomes more economical.

Six Sigma Division-Objectives Some possible objectives of the Division are: a To promote and contribute to the science and practice of quality management and business improvement through the processes of Six Sigma and Lean in any of their forms in the; b To recognise and to advance the status of the natural persons engaged in the Six Sigma industry; c To disseminate knowledge of the science and practice of quality management and business improvement in the Six Sigma industry; d To initiate, conduct, supervise, and assist in research and investigations into the science and practice of quality management and business improvement in the Six Sigma industry

  31. Elite Awards Program To demonstrate to the business community the real results and excellence which organisations achieve through the successful implementation of Six Sigma. The Six Sigma Awards would be given to the most outstanding organisational achievements through the application of Six Sigma methodologies. The Six Sigma Awards would be judged by an independent panel of esteemed Six Sigma experts and practitioners.
