  2. UES Measure Review SOW • 40 Measures remaining to be reviewed • Summary sheets and recommendations memos • Some UES, Standard Protocol, Small Saver • $5,000 estimated per measure • $200,000 estimated budget • March through December

ProCost SOW • Budgeted in 2012 Workplan for $36,000 • Develop early retrofit mode • Develop ability to run lost-op & retrofit simultaneously • Detailed users manual for measure proposers • Evaluate for any other improvements • Will include $20K additional Council funded improvements • Marginal line loss calculations added and tested • Add code to allow 8,760 load shapes • March through August

ELCAP Database Update SOW • Budgeted in 2012 Workplan for $50,000 • ELCAP relied on for end-use data • Convert data to Access, or other modern database • Table identification and data cleaning indicated • Standard report templates will be useful • Inform End-Use Business Case work • March through August

Convert RTF Load Shapes to 8760 SOW • Budgeted in 2012 Workplan for $30,000 • Sixth Power Plan used 204 load shapes • Current load shapes are 48 segments per year • 4 time segments for each of 12 months • Develop data conversion procedure • Document data sources and methods • March through August

RTF Website Updates • Updated Measure Workbook: Residential | Heating/Cooling - Air Source Heat Pump Conversions SF & MH • Fixed error in measure cost calculation: Original workbook did not net out costs associated with FAF and CAC installations. Fix did not cause change in measure cost-effectiveness.
