EVDO Project • Overall Objective: to add signal capacity to their subscribers • Allow more subscribers to make calls in a given area • Increase signal to reduce dropped calls • Increase technology to provide better service through signal and phones • Secondary Objectives: • Strategically position Sprint as the #1 wireless service provider in the DC-Metro area • Increase marketability due to better technology
