Group exercise -Wednesday Participants divide into 4 groups and take 20 min. to discuss the following questions: • Which 2-3 HR activities at the hospital are also relevant to your companies? • How does the hospital benefit from these 3 HR activities? • How would your companies be able to work with these 3 HR activities? Select one member of the group to present the group findings.

  12. Group exercise - Thursday Participants divide into 4 groups and take 15 minutes and: Choose one of the challenges mentioned and discuss how this challenge is handled in practice by: • Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital • The case company • The presentations the last two days. Select one member of the group to present the group findings.
