  3. WHO WE ARE Why LED Tube Lights In December 2014 the replacement of traditional T8  Fluorescent tube was discovered which not only replaced it but also was a safer one. LED tubes (EN2776) made it possible to replace the old fluorescent light irrespective of the brand. It became a standard LED tube

  4. Ballast DifferenceBetween T8 and T12 Bulbs The T8 tubes use electronic ballasts and on the other hand, T12 types use the magnetic ones. Hybrid (Electronic/Magnetic) The newest, most expensive and also the easiest to install, this technology is compatible with both T8 and T12. Electronic Ballast Compatible This option is newer than the oldest, but not the newest. They are designed only to work well with the electronic ballast based installations, and not as good with magnetic ones, so they do not work with T 12.  Ballast Bypass Also known as a direct wire LED fluorescent tube, this is the oldest and hence the most commonly installed LED tube. It makes the complete bypassing of the ballast possible.
