GENERAL COMPANY INFORMATION • A privately owned industrial company specializing in home textiles: linens, curtains, upholstery and tablecloths • Vertically integrated company providing a full-range of services, including printing, dyeing and finishing of woven fabric and ready-made products • Currently have approximately 240 employees • Specializing in private labels • 75 million dollar turnover

This structure reflects management policy that the people working opposite the customer (sales and production workers) are the most important workers because they touch the customer both in a personal level and in the quality of the product we produce. As a result of this most of the company efforts are invested in developing this group in order to give the customer quality service.All the rest together with me are required to support and create the inspiration needed to be successful in their job.
