DANCE MOVEMENT THERAPY FOR GOOD MENTAL HEALTH at MIND, BristolCourse of 6 therapy sessions, weekly from November 10th 2010 • A new course of Dance Movement Therapy is starting at MIND, Bristol for anyone interested in improving their mental health and well being. The group will provide a safe and contained space from which to explore emotional and relationship issues. • Dance Movement Therapy is based on the connection between mind and body, and can offer you a chance to use movement to explore and express your thoughts and feelings. The therapy is open to everyone, and absolutely no dance experience or ability is required. The benefits of Dance Movement Therapy can include improved self confidence and self esteem. • Interested? Come to A FREE Introductory Taster Session on October 20th at MIND, 35 Old Market St, Bristol, at 7 – 8pm • The 6 week course of Dance Movement Therapy sessions will be run on Wednesday evenings from 7pm – 8pm from Wednesday 10th November. Sessions will be run by experienced, registered Dance Movement Psychotherapists, Emma Ross and Sarah Woolf at MIND, Bristol. Places will be limited.
