Use of Proctors Paper Based: • One additional proctor for every 30 students over 30 (Paper Based) • One additional proctor for every 25 students over 25 (Computer Based) • Proctors serve as “Administrative Assistants” • School employee/proctors may not handle secure test materials without certified personnel present Computer Based:

  4. Test Security Do NOT: • Read, reveal, or copy test items • Interpret or read items for students • Change or interfere with student responses • Copy or read student responses • Fail to follow security procedures and test administration directions

  5. Before Testing • View BECON Proctor Training • Contact the School Testing Coordinator at your assigned school • Participate in training at your assigned school • Sign the “Test Administration and Security Agreement”
