Issues • SSP / LSP used in place of Domestic & Non-Domestic • Non-domestics classed as ‘domestic’ due to being a SSP • Domestics classed as ‘I&C’ due to being a LSP • Inconsistent Reporting • Conflicting definitions with UNC, Regulations, Licence etc • Threshold Crossing • Market Sector Code data incomplete / inaccurate?
