Acknowledgements • Al Mannings – for VOLUNTEERING to be a trustee this past year. • Duane, Bruce, Brian, Larry, xxx, yyy, zzz (were others) for helping with the upcoming Puyallup swapfest HARC table • Stan Jones  K7ZGT wrote on 2/8 to donate some gear to the club – Thank you, Stan! Board considering how to proceed • Brian is acknowledged for meeting with Stan and picking up his donation.

Update for Ongoing Topics 1 • UHF Repeater ownership – • Ownership proposal sent via email to Lugo and Maddson (RFA rep) on 2/15 (cc: to Board). • Received positive response, Lugo is coordinating a meeting for early March – Ken to attend at minimum, LNS if feasible. • LNS will draft an initial MOU re: assets per email • May result in 2 MOUs – one re: assets, one re: Emcomm support. • New Repeaters • Controller Interfacing – on/about late April • Fusion testing – May? (≥2 members now have Fusion rigs – any others?)

Update for Ongoing Topics 2 • Club Laptop Auction (past 2 weeks) • Laptop #1, Dell Inspiron, Working, $80 from Jeff WA7LFP • Laptop #2, Gateway NV52 without hard drive, $76 from Mark, KA7OVQ • Laptop #3, Gateway 400VTX without hard drive – no bid received. • Will be offered at Puyallup swapfest, unless anyone in attendance offers a bid during/after the meeting.

HARC Elections • 2 (or 3) positions open • Vice-President • Treasurer • One Trustee Position (resignation mid-term, can be appointed until next election) • Need a few volunteers for Nominating Committee • Locate candidates • Twist arms • Locate candidates (yes, again) • Need a few volunteers for Election Committee • Manage election in March • Both committees can comprise Appointees.

  9. HARC Treasury Audit • From Bylaws…. • AUDIT AND FILINGS. The HARC’s financial records for the current fiscal year are to be submitted by the outgoing treasurer for an audit to be completed by April 30th. The audit team shall consist of at least two non-officer members appointed by the President. The Treasurer shall facilitate the filing of all appropriate financial records and required reports to the State of Washington and Internal Revenue Service on or before the respective filing deadlines. • Willing to serve?

Tuesday HARC Net - 1 • Purposes – • More frequent community & club awareness • Regular use of V/U equipment • Broaden # of EMCOMM participants • More technical mentoring & discussions (post-net roundtable) • Portion of net time devoted to EMCOMM as appropriate • Need March Net Control Stations (at least for 3/20 and 3/27, preferably for all month) – have new script

Other • W7KVI-2: 40m/80m RFI suppression needed for PC directly under (10’ below, 15’ laterally) one end of 100’ doublet. • Ferrite cores on mouse (3), keyboard, ethernet, power, and Signalink USB cables. • Already had ferrites on antenna coax cables • Video cable already had a ferrite from factory (visible) • 90% resolved.
