There are many male infertility causes including:- 1. Low sperm count: A lower number of sperm, also referred to as oligospermia, is the most common reason for male infertility. It is defined as having less than 15 million sperm in a millimetre of semen. 2. Poor motility of sperm: This refers to the capacity of sperm to move efficiently. If sperm aren't able to move with mobility, they might struggle to reach the fertilised egg.
