About Us

  3. Estate Planning • Will • Trust • Medicaid Planning • Nursing Home Costs • Guardianship • Special Needs Planning Our Services

  4. Wills are a very simple tool and often very inexpensive to set up initially.  ALL assets passing through the Wills will go through the probate process. The probate process in the State of Wisconsin usually takes 10 to 13 months and typically costs 3% to 5% of the gross value of assets. Will

  5. Estate Planning Estate planning is not about how much money you have, it’s about protecting what you have during your life and for those you love after you are gone. It ensures what you have is received by the people you love, when you want, and the way you want. Most confusion in estate planning comes from not knowing where to get good information on options.

  6. Trust Asset protection trusts, are not as restrictive as tax planning trusts. They ensure the grantor is able to protect his assets from liabilities during his lifetime, from lawsuits, nursing homes, or other predators and creditors. Tax planning trusts, asset protection trusts, can allow the grantor to retain full control of their assets and even retain the right to change the beneficiary and the timing, manner, or method of distribution.

  7. Medicaid Planning Medicaid Planning can be different things to different people. It involves planning for Medicaid qualification without first going broke. There are multiple legal options, many of which are not intuitive nor widely known. Another goal of many is to legally protect assets from attachment by the government within the confines of federal and state laws.
