  2. Getting Started with the AVP Step 1: Locate the AVP Sign-up sheet in your AVP packet (see your OA) or Online at: CBAgentinfo.com Click on DOWNLOADS Click on AGENT RESOURCES Sign-up before or by November 30, 2006 Select your payment option Submit the form with payment to your OA

  3. The Following Demonstrates the How to Update Your Profile on Merrill

  4. Login to Merrill Site Forgot Login? Call or Email

  5. Click Here to First Update Your Personal Profile on Merrill

  6. Profile Setup, Please Click Here. Click Here to Access, View and Edit Your Personal Profile

  7. Upload Your Photo Here Note: What You Enter in These Fields Will be Imprints on Your Mailers & Marketing Pieces You MUST click [Save Changes] For your information to be stored.

  8. The Following Demonstrates Ordering the AVP Mailer on Merrill

  9. Profile Setup, Please Click Here. Select AVP Program From the Table of Contents or click the AVP Banner. AVP Program Click Here

  10. Select AVP Mailers AVP MAILERS

  11. Select Holiday Photos

  12. Double Check Your Profile Information One Last Time, Hit Continue Down Below.

  13. You must click Preview to Review your Mailer. What You see on Your preview Is what will Print.

  14. Click this box After review. Click Continue to move on.

  15. You may use your AVP list Or any combination of your Current lists to order. Select all that apply.

  16. Select Postage. (Third Class postage Is included in the AVP Program.)

  17. If you are not on your mailing List, you may include yourself In the AVP by selecting Add Addresses and filling in your Mailing information. Click Add to Card when ready.

  18. If you would like to order additional products, click Continue Shopping. Otherwise, click Check Out.

  19. Please review your order. Corporate discount Will apply on the next screen.

  20. If you order More than 100 Pieces, you Will need to Enter payment Information. Otherwise, Enter ‘AVP1’ Under Promo Codes and Click Update. Then click Complete order At the bottom of The page. AVP1

  21. This is your order number. You will need It for reference on your order. Click Print Order to make a printout of this Confirmation screen.
