Algebra

Group 2 :

Introduction
introduction

The word algebra comes from the Arabic language (الجبر al-jabr "restoration") and much of its methods from Arabic/Islamic mathematics. Muhammad ibnMūsā al-Khwārizmī (c. 780–850) wrote The Compendious Book on Calculation by Completion and Balancing, which established algebra as a mathematical discipline that is independent of geometry and arithmetic.

Algebra is one of the main branches of pure mathematics, together with geometry, analysis, topology, combinatorics, and number theory.

Based on our solution above, we can conclude that either the traditional way and the horner scheme give the same result.

Many people consider that the horner scheme more simple and easy than the traditional way.
