How does the Big London Energy Switch work? • Households register with scheme to switch energy provider (www.biglondonenergyswitch.org.uk) • Once deadline (8 April) reached, ‘reverse auction’ held with energy suppliers • Bid offered to households that have registered – they decide if want to switch • Those who choose to accept the offer switch energy suppliers (with support)

  3. The benefits of signing up • Households should be able to save £60-£200 each on their annual energy bill • This saving is particularly important to residents at the current time • Support is given to householders in the switch

  4. Who can join? • Anyone who pays an energy bill! • There are now 20 councils involved – but you don’t actually have to be living in one of those boroughs to be able to participate Visit www.biglondonenergyswitch.org.uk to register today!
