Initial selection of personnel Procedure starts after application for a job as a language teacher at the AAFLngInst: • Written application • Presentation to the head/LI and the other superiors 3. Teaching a demo lesson Assessment by a board 4. Free-lance contract or temporary employment Assessment 5. Employment
