  4. LEADERSHIP GOALS Prioritize ---What do you want to do? Action Plan --How do you want to do it? Assessment -- How are you going to measure your success? Build awareness among your officers, your membership and the entire veterans community

  5. It is Impossible for an organization to renew its way to growth. So to build up a viable Auxiliary - we must implement procedures to successfully re-engage former members and increase new member participation.

  6. “Auxiliaries that stimulate higher rates of engaged members also report higher renewal rates.” Engagement helps solve membership and program problems.

  8. WE MUST ALL BE A TEAM OF MENTORS • State Officers and Chairman • District Presidents, Officers, and Chairman • Aux. Presidents and Officers • State and National Recruiters • All Members

  10. NO LEADERSHIP ENDEAVOR WILL BE SUCCESSFUL WITHOUT CAREFUL PLANNING. Develop your strategy and training Set Challenging but Realistic Goals Build Trust and Understanding by clearly stating what you want and identify any constraints.
