CALNET II Master Service Agreement • Four Modules • Module 1: “core” type network services including most voice, data, line side services you have today • Module 2: long distance voice and call centers • Module 3: “Hosted” Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) • Module 4: Fixed wireless data access • Five year contract with 2 one-year options (Note: There is an option to opt out after 2 years into the 5 year term) • Statewide uniform pricing with ICB (Individual Case Basis) and IPR (Individual Price Reduction) options

  5. Form 470 Suggestion • Suggested Approach: • Create your own Form 470 for telecommunications as a safety net to meet you individual needs • Timing and logistics of ATOs has not been determined, DTS is aware of the situation and will provide answers after the final selection of vendor(s).
