  8. Good News • OTR service is running at 98.9% • Continuous Moves • Overall dedicated is only down 2 drivers from year over year • Excited about new light weight trailers • Greenhouse moves to ME out of Geneva • 1st chance on loads out of Corsicana

  9. Bad News • OTR load volume is down about 50% • Dedicated load volume is down about 9% • Reduced dock workers in line with volume reduction • Claims

  10. Good News • Overall Guardian as a whole is trying to support us • Still only carrier really involved in the Lean Process with Guardian • Greg McGraw and Jeff Grant have been with us for a year now
