  3. Where to start? • Summer 2007 Began considering holding an S-PAC • Fall 2007 Contacted our regional S-PAC coordinator Worked out general logistics • Winter Break 2007 Invited speakers (perhaps earlier would have been better) Invited companies for the expo Budget Planning
