  3. The project background(1/2) Heat pump technology, refrigeration and air conditioning are subject to a multitude of changes (technology, regulations) Sector needs qualified craftsmen.

  4. The sector has an urgent need to develop ways of keeping its workforce active, up to date and to increase the transparency of relevant qualifications and competences on a European level. The project background(2/2)

  5. Transfer innovation and knowledge: joint development of competence profiles, materials, methods and approaches and training to the EN 13313 standard and the use of ODS and F-gasses. The project aim

Adaptation and upgrading of competence profiles, materials, methods and approaches to the EN13313 standard and the use of ODS and F-gasses; Translation of product results into English; Organizing pilots for trainers and students; Realisation of practical ICT solutions for making results available for a wide range of users; Realisation of an ICT competence measurement tool adapted to the use of the sector.
