Gap task

Gap Task!

Support a practitioner in your setting to:

Identify a child who is not achieving as expected, or may have/has an identified additional need. This could be via the 2 year progress check.

What arrangements have you made for this child?

What observations and assessments have you done for this child?

Include any IEPs, targets or reviews you write for this child

Briefly write up a description of what you have done – approximately 500 words, and include pictures of or examples of anything you have made or used for arrangements (visual schedules, activities etc)

Bring this information to the next session and be prepared to share it in small groups, and leave a copy of your written description. This will qualify you for your SENCo/Inclusion Manager certificate!

If anyone can offer to host this session, please let us know.
