LESSONS LEARNED Strong and steady commitment to go nuclear (political consensus) on energetic safe basis (energy security) Consider financing structures from the early beginning of the process Use experience from other countries, IAEA guides, recommendations, standards, etc. Collaborate with IAEA, etc. Do not mix technologies Go in parallel with training, legislative and regulatory frameworks Combine private and governmental interests (have clear legislation to support investment in nuclear) 3 TM/WS – Breakout session 9-12 February 2010
