6. Lesson Plans & Coverage Report • Weekly lesson plan with (Pre-Planned) • Weekly Post Lesson Coverage report • One of the goals of preparing a short lesson plan is to enable someone else fill your shoes in your absence. • Weekly post lesson coverage will help you assess yourself.

7. Other items…. • Meeting minutes with dates & other details • Pedagogical instructions from your coordinator. • You may have a colleague sharing the same group(s). If so, you should have regular meetings. Besides your coordinator organizes meetings on regular basis. • No verbal instruction from your Coordinators

9. Administrative Module Administrative Module incorporates non-pedagogical documents.

What Can be logged here? • Fortnightly progress report on attendance : log names and id numbers of students with less than 70% of attendance • All non-pedagogical instructions from respective coordinator. • Copies of memos issued by respective colleges. • Covering loads for a colleague: there should be written agreement between two teachers and it should be well documented. • Results of quizzes and midterm/ progress tests

11. What else? Any uncomfortable incident(s), say, confrontation in the classroom which is likely to lead to retaliation: In the first instance, teachers should inform the details of the incident to their respective coordinator in written which can be retrieved if necessary.
