  4. A note from the organisers ….. Dear SSEAYP 89 Buddies The much awaited event is drawing near!!! We have lined up an exhilarating programme for you…….games, chit-chat, sumptuous breakfast and lunches, more chit-chat, BBQ dinner, even more chit-chat……………….and the highlight…………………….SSEAYP 89 Sharing of life turning moments! Yes, to make this occasion not just a memorable one, but a meaningful one as well, we invite PYs to share with the rest of us, your best buddies, on how the Youth ship Programme has changed you – your outlook on life, your career, your love life and relationships…anything! By doing so, we want to give SSYEAP the endorsement that it deserves, that it is not just a “Love Boat” as many have said, but a ship that has opened our then young minds to diverse perspectives, opportunities and possibilities and that helped many of us anchor our lives! So we want to hear from you…..a simple 10-15 mins sharing will do…in the form of powerpoint slides, videoclip, song, dance ,,,anything! And it would be real good if at least one PY from each country can do so…for Singapore, our dear Bala will share with us on how SSEAYP has made such an impact his life……….his aspirations, career, attitude to life, his relationships…oops, shan’t say anymore……….let him tell you himself! So, if you are keen, please confirm your participation in our “Special Moments “ segment by 28 Oct 09 and forward me your presentation materials before 14 Nov 09. Important Information: • The celebrations, reunion & accomodation will be @ SAFYC Changi Clubhouse, which is about 10 minutes drive from Changi Airport. 110 Tanah Merah Coast Road, Singapore 498800 Website: www.safyc.org.sg Rooming details will be sent out soon Be prepared to re-kindle those beautiful moments of sharing cabins/beds with your ‘89 buddies!!

Cost…… • A participation fee of S$100 will be charged for each adult participant attending the SSEAYP 89 ,20th Anniversary Celebrations Note : i)This will cover 3D 2N accomodation @ SAFYC Changi Clubhouse 26-28 Nov 2009 ii)2 Breakfasts , 1 Lunch, 1 BBQ, Dinner & Reunion Dinner on Fujimaru • Kids join in for free • The Organising Committee members & Singapore PYs are happy to host Foreign PYs joining this celebration.

Information needed from all participants…. • Confirmed flight details (flight number , arrival date/time, departure date/time) • Number of family members joining, including ages of kids • Please ensure that you have submitted your names/particulars to MrImhar,SSEAYP International Singapore, for registration for Reunion Dinner on FujiMaru on 27 Nov 2009. • Any other Special Requests during your stay here in Singapore
