  2. Problem We need to come up with a way, using eCommerce, that will result in more students choosing Kettering.

  3. Alternative Solutions • Use Facebook or MySpace • Improved Virtual Tours • Increase in advisor/RA/potential student relations (via email) Q&A • Improve/Enhance Success Zone

Choice • Success Zone • Good Resource • Front Page • Personal Page • Little promotion to prospective and current students (current students could volunteer) • Integrate more with BlackBoard • Only admitted students have access • Use StickMan (Success Zone “mascot”) more • ie On Shirts, in Informational Packets sent out, Future Students tab • Need more money in budget

  5. Implement (Our Predictions) • With more PR, more incoming/prospect students can utilize the Success Zone • Upperclassman can help with Success Zone and increase exposure • Sets Kettering apart from other schools (what other school has a “facebook type” community to answer questions and offer advice?)
