    2. Objective: dynamic service composition to meet customer requirements with existing, basic services, not only via government portals, but also via business portals and apps for smart devices.     3. We look for a consortium in at least four EU member states. Government organizations (in 4 EU MS) offering services in real life cases e.g. social security and welfare, financing services, construction/permits include geographic information (e.g. underground structure for construction) already familiar with service orientation Companies offering additional services in the context of these cases (e.g. health services) providing services to government organizations for service orientation and/or cloud computing Possible support of universities/research institutes experience in working with government organizations service science and/or SOA research for dynamic composition additional knowledge of media mining for dialogue
