Off Course 2010 • Individual membership rates held • Significant value added in to membership benefits / voucher packs • Member newsletter maintained (Country Club News) • Membership Satisfaction Survey completed • Highlighted • Need for value • Improvements to course presentation/playability • Acknowledged the service quality through golf team and in F&B

Off Course 2011 • Individual membership pricing set with sensitivity to rate • Trial property for internet member tee time reservations • Maintain a strong competition and social calendar • Continue to support/coordinate member ‘away trips’ (Forest of Arden, Dalmahoy etc.) • 2011 Membership Satisfaction Survey – another opportunity to give us your feedback • Updated and extended members honours boards • Improve current ‘practice’ provision • Essential health & Safety and security work in green keeper’s compound

On Course 2010 • Extensive improvements to fairway and semi-rough drainage • Heavy coring of fairways and semi-roughs • 4x heavy sand applications through growing season • Reviewed and updated fairway feeding programme to improve turf quality • In-house programme of sand replenishment to poor performing bunkers resulting in greater playability • Replaced key pieces of mowing equipment • Concentrated on health and consistency of playing surfaces – acknowledged improvement from an independently appointed agronomist • Maintained course operationally and its playability throughout UU works

On Course 2011 After the progress made in 2010, the presentation and quality of the golf course will continue to be the main focus of the team in 2011 • Continuation of 2010 drainage improvement programme • Further applications of sand to playing surfaces • Extend to incorporate wider roughs • Walk on/walk off areas • Planned for May • In-house enhancements and sand replacement to further improve bunker playability • Remove poorly positioned bunkers from layout • Continue to improve health and characteristics of all playing surfaces - plans supported by independent agronomists inspections

United Utilities – West East Link Main • 2010 • Enablement course completed • Pipe installed • Reinstatement works completed • Grow-in commenced • 2011 • Course snagging completed with course contractor/UU • Tree planting scheme completed – maintained under contract • Reinstatement works completed • Course to return to original layout in May 2011

Food and Beverage - 2010 • Maintained number 1 guest satisfaction within Marriott UK for the 4th year running • Finalist Best British Cheeseboard competition • Launched our first Food and Drink Festival • Supported key member competitions – Pimms etc. • Free room hire for members in The Terrace • Introduced seasonal menus into the outlets – Asparagus, Strawberries, Butchers Block. • Double discount in school holidays' for members. • Wine events for members. • Introduced Wine and Dine £49 deal - The Dining Rooms.

Food and Beverage - 2011 An important part of the 2011 food and beverage plans are to increase the activities and offerings for our members • Bigger and better Food and Drink Festival 2011 – Week commencing 28th June. Food festival and family fun day to end the week Sunday 3rd July. • The Terrace to be available more often (when not in use) to show live sports. • Members Wine evening – date to be confirmed. • Members summer BBQ – date to be confirmed. • Christmas Markets. • Sports calendar with promotions. • Tribute night – July 2011 • Quarterly Ladies lunches. • BBQ in courtyard Thursday evenings – Coming soon. • Continue to support member competitions. • Wine and Dine continues.
