PART II-Terms of Reference Expected outcomes: Policy recommendations to address key constraints Action plans to implement policy recommendations in 6 MS Awareness campaigns (public/private actors Organize 4 training workshops and training 90 staff in 6 countries spill over agro-pastoralist and women Integrate activities into NAIPs in ECOWAS MS Scope of Work: Develop a data base on constrains, trade of livestock (Bov, Ov. Cap) Address policy, regulations on TAds

Outline PART II-Terms of Reference Deliverables: Action plans to implement policy constraints in MS developed Database in WAAPP website, regulations in MS, ECOWAS, WAEMU, CILSS Establish LTPF and Training nat/reg. institutions for 6 countries Include recommendations in NAIP Inputs by IRAM: Analyze regul. with countries, Action plan on regulations, organize trainings Dissemination material, training workshops and STC established Specific Criteria: Time limit June 30, 2014

  14. Next Steps June 2014 • Final report exclude CA September 2014 • Socio-economic and extended program report submited October project CN finalized 2014 • Finances sought from the Sahel transformation and resilience program • Implementation of new Regional project/program by 2015.
