Previous work with coaching Coaching for companies (2nd level) • the second level is individual coaching mainly for topmanagers or other company important staff which need coaching for: • their own needs to be more effective, to be able to solveproblems at the work place and so increase their inner potential

  15. What is changed based on the experience from the project Coach in Vet Coaching for companies (2nd level) More attention is paid to the contract with client – to clear position of the coach New skills are used in the coaching Distinction between coaching and consultancy is done clearly
