Previous Business Clubs • Manchester Commonwealth Games 2002 • Hosted 56 events during the Games with over 4,000 attendees • Achieved 6,000 members from 26 countries • £1.65 million of additional business was generated from • 20 Business Club members • Business Club Australia (BCA) 2000 • Provided networking opportunities and linked to the • Commonwealth’s Trade Visitors Business programme • attracting 16,000 visitors to events • BCA membership reached 10,000 before the start of the • Games and have since engaged with 39,000 international • business executives
