  1. Multiple Information and Communication Educational Environment (МIEE)

Expansion of modern educational technologies in the regions; Introduction of new methods concerning lesson preparation and their conducting; Operational management of education in the region; Provision of equal educational opportunities irrespective of geographical situation and social status. Unified information and educational environment is created in the region on the basis of wireless access technologies and relevant communication infrastructure. Basic educational tools: computers, interactive boards, educational programs, laboratory instruments, video- and audio materials. MIEE ideology differs from any other systems using modern educational technologies mainly in the fact that MIEE provides active interchange of information (foremost educational) among all its users irrespective to their location. Lessons are prepared and conducted by the best teachers in the region, school children of the utmost schools are taught, teachers' contacts are not restricted to teacher's room only, teacher routine is noticeably simplified.
