    Step 1: Review the training plan.

    Step 2: Customize the plan to meet needs.

    Step 3: Build staff reward program for module completion.

    Step 4: Create a completion timeline (30, 60, 90 day, etc.) for each module

    Step 5: Use built in competency measures to assess skill development
