Founded in 2002/2003 Simulation of the hearings in front of WTO Dispute Settlement Body The Case: A fictitious dispute between WTO member states JHJMCC is an international moot court competition organised annually by ELSA – with the technical support of the World Trade Organization (WTO) WTO Agreements & International Trade Law 18th edition

  7. Written Submissions • Deadline on 5th of January • Every team must submit written submissions of both parties • Submission can not exceed 30 pages
