  3. Mission Statement • The mission of Cole construction is to produce high quality building with the focus on quality of work over time and cost of projects.

  4. What we do • Services • Cole construction at the current moment is focused on building large residential construction home and apartments. We having building these for the past 30 years and have been very successful doing it. • Location • Cole construction has 3 office locations one in Chicago one in Indianapolis and one here in west Lafayette.

Where we Stand Nationally • Cole Construction has been ranked nationally as one of the best residential contraction firms. • According to construction today we are the 20th best in the nation • According to U.S. homes we are 8th in the nation. • According to builders of America we are the 7th best firm. • As we grow and get more jobs our reputation grows and we feel that we will be and remain in the top 10 building firms in the nation.

  6. Cole construction has been given several awards in the past several years. • In 2005 we received the timeliness award for completing all of our jobs on time. • In 2007 we received the best bid build firm award. • Also in 2007 we received the best builders of Chicago award.

  7. What we do for the areas we work in • In every town that we work in we try to get our name out there and give a little back to the community. • We have given tours of our projects to all of the community members who want to see what we do. • We also donate several million dollars a year to the communities where our offices are located and where we do work.

  8. What the owners think of us. • Chris Brown “Cole construction is the only firm that I have worked with that has given me a bid and never had to make altercations to it they did there job on time and under budget I would work with them any time.”

  9. Company INFO • A look at the future. • Cole Construction has many new up and coming projects right now. These projects will help keep us in business for a long time. In the future we hope to expand out from just doing housing and move into commercial and hospital construction around the country. All in all our companies future is very stable.

  10. Some past work • Past Jobs • Cole construction has worked on many different apartment and houses around the mid west.

  11. We have done several jobs here in west layette. Such as Harrison hall and Mcutchion hall.

  12. We have also done many jobs in the great city of Chicago.

  13. As well as many projects in Indiana.

  14. The proposed project • The proposed building we will call Sun River apartments. It will be a 56 unit complex each unit having 2 bead rooms and 2 baths along with some having a porch all apartments will also have real wood floors. The complex will be located along the McKenzie river in Eugene Oregon.

  15. Time Table The entire project will be completed in no more than 10 months. We plan on starting construction on January 10 The expected end date will be November 10 Residents will be able to move in by November 20th

  16. Group INFO • The build team on this project was comprised of 7 elite members of the CGT 164 class.

  17. Project INFO • As we said before the project will be a four story apartment complex with 56 units each having two bead rooms and two bathrooms.

  35. Materials • The building materials • Exterior Brick • Interior walls 3 1/8th inch partition • Floor each room has hard wood floors as well as the halls. • The stairs and will be carpeted

  36. All in all we feel that this equation of materials will be the most durable and most cost affective for the construction of our complex
