(1) No Yes Already meeting ABAWD Compliance on their own? (2) Code 9: Exempt or Compliant ABAWD No Yes Provide/Explain FSET-101, and annotate PAFS-203 Code 4: Noncompliant ABAWD Provide/Explain FSET-101 and FS-500.1, and annotate PAFS-203 Review WR and ABAWD Status at each re-cert. Enter WEP placement on KAMES screen 1. ABAWD Exemptions: • Dependent child in home • 17 and younger, or 50 and older • Pregnant • Lives in an exempted/waived county Complete FSET-614 Assessment Provide/Explain FSET-108, Job Search Contact Record 2. Already ABAWD Compliant: • Working 80 hours/month • 20 hrs/wk in WIA or TAA funded program For all Noncompliant ABAWDS with a Target Code 4, a referral will pass to the FSETP Worker.
