  6. Me Pick a Thought: Is this thought fair to all concerned? Is this thought going to help me build goodwill and better friendships? Is this thought beneficial to all concerned? If “NO” was the answer to any one of the above, then apply “The Work” to the thought: Is it the truth? Is it REALLY the truth? What would my life be like if I didn’t have this thought? Turn the thought around into a new thought.
