經醫療單位快篩為陽性之處理流程圖. 陽性患者為 住校生 ， 則 全寢返家自 主健康管理. 導師及宿 舍老師， 每日追踪 訪查，五 天後已無 症狀者， 返校上課 ，還有症 狀者，繼 續自主健 康管理， 直到症狀 消除 24 小 時後，再 返校上課. 健康中心 專線 2671295 分機 245. 經快篩 為陽 性 立即通知. 符合 325 停課規定 時，立即 召開防疫 會議. 導師立 即填寫 回報單 送至健 康中心. 健康中心 查證病例 ，證實後 立即通知. 班導師. 1. 通知家長 學生返家 自主健康
