Goals • We want people to have to think and feel challenged, but give helpful hints when needed • Audience: Strategic and knowledgeable gamers • Challenges: The more pictures and phrases you correctly match the more difficult the game will be, and you could get a chance to get on the leaderboard, and get coins that you can put towards the game

  4. World • Colorful • Different themes • Not necessarily a world

  5. Visuals and Audio • Visual: Colorful and changes with the levels that you choose • Variety of pictures with words or phrases • Audio: Clicking sounds, but not music yet

  6. Story of the Game • We don’t have characters or a world that you travel through

  7. Characters • There isn’t any characters, except for our picket fence

S.W.O.T • Strengths: Easy to understand, There’s options, Easy to access and play, Levels to work for, and It’s educational • Weaknesses: May get boring after a while, Repetitive, and Audacity • Opportunities: Become popular and profitable, Global employees, and increases your knowledge • Threats: Competition between games, Hackers, and Cheats/cheaters

  9. Targeted Market • Gamers who like to think, and who are generally knowledgeable • Smart phone users, it will be made as an app

Pricing and Profits to cover expenses • The game will start out to be free when you download it, but as you get into it, there will be added costs if you want to purchase coins for hints, access new levels, and to play without ads • With these added costs, it will allow us to be able to cover the costs in the making of this game, and to pay for our employees and rented spaces around the world. • We will also look for investors and feature advertisements of other games • Free version and pro version

  11. Product and Place • Game will be worked on globally • Employees will be stationed in Russia, various European countries, and the U.S. • Our main priority will be employees stationed in the U.S. and their progress. • Connect with other related games, and invest in ads
