  1. Navigating the OACI Web Page; Information for Mentor Teachershttp://www.cech.uc.edu/oaci/ The Office of Assessment and Continuous Improvement (OACI) provides support to the Educator Preparation Programs at the University of Cincinnati and the Dean’s Office in the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services. The main purpose of the Office of Assessment and Continuous Improvement is to coordinate accreditation through assessments and tracking. The OACI also coordinates field experiences for candidates, payments to mentor teachers, and licensure application processing. This web page is intended to provide a central access point for candidates, mentor teachers, university supervisors, field coordinators and program chairs.

  2. What is on the OACI web page that I need to know about? 1.Evaluation Forms—most are submitted electronically. 2. Program Handbooks—although these are specifically for the teacher candidate, there may be times you want to refer to it 3.Contact information if you are experiencing issues with using the evaluation forms. We will go into more detail about the evaluation forms later in this presentation

  3. How do I access the web page? Do I need to log in? Do I need an ID? No special ID or log-in is necessary There are several ways to access the site The first, and probably easiest, is to type in the web address: http://www.cech.uc.edu/oaci/
