Funding • Match funding • Direct costs ( travel, subsistence, publication, consultancy…) are paid by the grant • Personnel costs & administrative costs • The equivalent in € of the working time spent on meeting the contractual commitments, and the administrative expenses brought about by the project constitute the partners’ match funding • From the remainder of the grant a (modest) contribution will be made for these personnel costs

Contractual issues • There is a contractual relation between the co-ordinator and the Commission • There is a contractual relation between the partners and the Commission through the co-ordinator • It is essential to meet the requirements of the Commission, a.o. regarding the rules for eligible expenses,
